Job Description
The public relations manager in Khodro45 is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating activities related to brand image, media communications, and customer engagement at both the public and organizational levels. This role requires a highly skilled communicator with the ability to present the brand persuasively, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record in team management within the PR field and the automotive industry.
The main objective of this role is to build a positive brand image in the minds of the audience and implement effective strategies for professionally responding to public feedback, especially in online spaces, alongside organizing PR events aligned with the organization's overall goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Public Relations Strategy Execution:
- Designing standard response frameworks for different types of customer feedback.
- Developing and documenting communication approaches tailored to various online customer interactions.
Media Relations and Press Releases:
- Writing and publishing press releases and media coverage of events and achievements.
- Planning the creation of news topics or advertorials.
PR Event Management:
- Designing, executing, and evaluating public relations events.
- Managing interactions with guests, journalists, and media representatives at events.
- Measuring the effectiveness of events based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Coordination with Internal and External Stakeholders:
- Maintaining ongoing collaboration with the marketing, sales, and branch teams to ensure alignment.
- Coordinating with media outlets, journalists, and external partners for proper content distribution.
- Defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response processes and closely monitoring team performance in this area.
Requirements:

Requirements and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably with team leadership experience.
- Relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to write press releases and document communication strategies.
- Experience in media interaction and crisis communication management.
- Proven ability to execute and evaluate PR events within a defined budget.
