Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced quality control specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our polyurethane products, adhering to industry standards and internal protocols. This role involves overseeing the production process, conducting inspections, and collaborating with the production team to ensure product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control inspections on polyurethane products throughout the production process.
• Develop and implement QC procedures to meet industry and company standards.
• Ensure that raw materials and finished products comply with all safety and quality regulations.
• Monitor and record all QC data and provide detailed reports on findings.
• Identify areas for process improvements and collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct audits and work with external testing bodies when required.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all QC activities.
• Train and guide production staff on quality standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the polyurethane or chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of QC methodologies and statistical process control.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to polyurethane production.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and QC-related software.
