The position is located in Eshtehard, providing an opportunity to lead and enhance quality control processes within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality planning, quality assurance, quality training, analytical laboratory operations, and coordination of quality improvement process.
• Ensuring quality activities and implementing quality systems and procedures throughout the plant and laboratory.
• Comparing results with established standards, identifying deviations, trends, or unusual changes and their causes With production units, brand, and product cooperation in new product/material projects.
• Ensuring the implementation of all internal and external policies and standards related to quality.

Requirements:

• Familiar with the production of products and processes related to it.
• At least 4 years of work experience at the managerial Level.
• Familiar with quality management and quality standards.
• Familiar with Integrated Working Systems (IWS) and production processes.
• Ability to manage people.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
