Recruitment and Talent Supply Specialist

Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced recruitment and talent supply specialist to oversee the recruitment process and strategically manage the supply of talent across our platform. This role combines hands-on recruitment with the responsibility of optimizing the platform’s talent pool to meet client demand efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Shortlisting:

• Source and engage with candidates through WINaTALENT's platform, job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct interviews and manage the shortlisting process for a variety of IT and digital marketing roles.
• Record detailed meeting notes during the shortlisting process and ensure accurate data entry into candidate profiles on the platform.
• Manage multiple recruitment pipelines and prioritize efforts to ensure efficient placements.

Recruiter Hiring & Coordination:

• Evaluate recruitment capacity and hire additional recruiters on a project, part-time, or full-time basis as needed.
• Coordinate and manage external recruiters to address periods of increased demand, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Talent Supply & Platform Demand Management:

• Monitor talent pool activity to identify skill gaps and collaborate with the marketing team to attract talent in high-demand areas.
• Analyze job application rates on the platform, diagnose reasons for low applications, and work with relevant teams to improve them.
• Provide insights and regular reports on platform trends, talent pool health, and recruitment performance to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, particularly within IT or tech industries.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines and maintain accurate data records.
• Experience with recruitment platform management and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Being a fluent English speaker is a plus.
