Job Description

  • Overall operations and maintenance management.
  • Customer centricity and customer expectation management.
  • 24/7/365 availability and delivery.
  • Schedule management.
  • E2E SLA management.
  • E2E fault, problem and change management.
  • Network availability monitoring, troubleshooting and stability.
  • Short, mid and long-term planning for KPIs improvement.
  • Preventative and corrective maintenance delivery and acceptance.
  • Site acceptance (hand over to MS).
  • Supplier management.
  • Handle routine operations issues and interface with third parties.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project and management.
  • Communication, team, and stakeholder management skills (+140 staff).
  • Good communicator and negotiator.
  • Teamwork ability.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Adequate English skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
