1. Overall Operations and Maintenance Management;
2. Customer Centric and Customer Expectations Management;
3. 24/7/365 Availability and Delivery;
4. Schedule Management;
5. E2E SLA Management;
6. E2E Fault, Problem and Change Management;
7. Network Availability Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Stability;
8. Short, Mid and Long Term Planning for KPIs Improvement;
9. Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Delivery and Acceptance;
10. Site Acceptance (Hand over to MS);
11. Supplier Management
12. Handle routine Operation issues & being interface with third parties,….

Requirements

1. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (specially excel).
2. Have mathematic background.
3. Adequate English skills.
4. Experienced on field Project and Management, at least 5 years;
5. Communication, Team and Stakeholder Management Skills (+140 Staffs);
6. Good Communicator and Negotiator;
7. Team Work Ability;
8. Leadership
