Job Description

  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing and sales strategies.
  • Market analysis and monitoring of the competitors to increase market share.
  • Analyzing sales data and providing solutions to improve and eliminate deviations.
  • Providing suggestions regarding pricing or modifying pricing strategies and increasing market share.
  • Prioritizing sales orders, and monitoring the way of placing orders with the production planning and distribution units.
  • Forecasting sales, setting sales goals, and planning to achieve the set goals.
  • Cooperating with sales team personnel to remove barriers to sales and improve performance.
  • Identifying and developing relationships with new customers and maintaining relationships with current customers.
  • Controlling and participating in the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning of the implementation of promotions and the planning of special and sectional promotions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the principles of market research.
  • Proficiency in the principles of marketing and sales systems such as B2C and B2B.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques.
  • Skills in mentoring, coaching, and people management.
  • Proficient in CRM.
  • Responsible.
  • Regular and committed to work.
  • Age range: 30 to 40 years old.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in the FMCG industry (regional sales manager).
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in quantitative marketing analysis tools such as Excel.
  • Possibility of carrying out missions throughout the country.
