Job Description

  • Supervising and analyzing reports prepared by middle managers and reviewing plan reports, calls per day, CPA, PU, CU - linked pharmacy monitoring.
  • Setting objectives and strategies related to the region covered by each middle manager (DSM).
  • Daily review and analysis of sales data in a simple system, taking necessary actions, and conducting documented meetings with DSM and distributor RM to prepare an action plan.
  • Regular meetings with RM distribution and key persons in the distribution network to review strategies and sales trends of brands in the territories, manage the Stock plan, develop action plans, assess the implementation of action plans with DSMs, and present reports to the unit director.
  • Approval and oversight of the planning and execution of company events and participation in group activity/events based on prioritization outlined in the tactical plan, assessing and reviewing the correct implementation of the program.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the content of Mode meetings.
  • Collaborating with the medical team to prepare a list of KOLs.
  • Supervising effective communication between DSMs and KOLs to achieve company goals and enhance loyalty towards advocacy.
  • Reporting any weaknesses in information security through the following channels to the incident response team.
  • Coaching and training middle managers under supervision and providing effective strategies for preparing and training personnel for impactful visits.
