Job Description

  •  Be a single point of connection between all the departments and Purchasing specialists’ affairs.
  • Be a SAP key user to solve all the purchasing operational issues.
  • Follow requisitions till receiving, invoicing, and payment.
  • Supervise archiving situation which is prepared by specialists including hard copies and electronic.
  • Responsible person to put all the contract information together and prepare a draft version of the contract.
  • Prepare all the internal reports and KPIs (including Pending orders Report, Open SAS Report,
  • Supplier evaluation report, cash flow report, weekly payment report).
  • Evaluate local suppliers and imported materials to find and replace local sources for imported items.
  • Visit suppliers to monitor quality and accelerate the purchase process.
  • Follow up on documents to be endorsed by the bank for importing.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Maximum age: 40 years old.
  • SAP familiarity.
  • English fluency.
  • Upper-intermediate Excel skills.

Required Skills:

  • Supply management, tracking budget expenses, vendor relationships, organization, customer service, documentation skills, supply management, manufacturing methods and procedures, manufacturing quality, cost accounting, and control engineering.
