Job Description

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential advertisers, agencies, and clients to sell digital advertising solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Digital Advertising Expertise:

  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, technologies, and platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on their advertising goals and target audience.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Proposal Development:

  • Create customized advertising proposals that align with the client's objectives, including campaign strategies, budgets,
  • and ad formats.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze industry trends and consumer behavior to provide data-driven insights.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and technical teams, to deliver successful advertising campaigns.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: Several years of experience in digital advertising sales, preferably in the Iranian market.
  • Digital Advertising Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, programmatic advertising, and related metrics.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Iranian advertising market, trends, and regulations.
  • Client Relationship Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to provide clients with meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using digital tools and platforms for sales, reporting, and client communication.
  • Result-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency: Proficiency in both English and Persian.

Other Requirements:

  • Flexible to travel to conferences and exhibitions.
  • Self-motivation and a high level of discipline for remote or field sales work.
