Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Oversee the management of CRM systems and utilize sales intelligence to enhance customer relationships.
  • Direct sales operations focusing on B2B and B2C channels to maximize revenue generation.
  • Manage capillary distribution and sales networks to ensure efficient delivery of products to consumers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive content management initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify and explore new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients and partners.
  • Mentor and coach the sales and marketing team to ensure skill development and performance excellence.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales metrics, marketing campaigns, and market feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales and marketing management role within the Consumer Goods or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales intelligence applications.
  • Expertise in both direct and indirect sales strategies.
  • Experience with capillary distribution and sales models.
  • Proficient in marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Familiarity with 'Rahkaran System' and content management solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
