Job Description

  • Market data analysis.
  • Monitoring sales team performance.
  • Sales channel development.
  • Participation in creating advertisements.
  • Motivating the sales team, guiding and training the sales team.
  • Routing and managing workload.
  • Managing, leading, motivating, training, inspiring and encouraging as well as evaluating the sales team for the success of the organization.
  • Developing practical plans for penetrating new markets (creation and implementation).
  • Ensuring sustainable achievement of expected results in terms of KPI.
  • Setting and managing annual sales goals, developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve sales goals.
  • Presenting a major sales plan (presenting a plan for annual, monthly and weekly sales forecasting of the company's products).
  • Following up on the company's receivables from customers.
  • Commenting on the selection of agencies and prioritizing customers in credit staff meetings and canceling agencies.
  • Preparing contracts with customers in accordance with executive instructions and controlling and reviewing appointments.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage a team and supervise in the relevant field.
  • Ability to plan sales and target sales.
  • Ability to monitor market and customer performance and behavior.
  • Ability to develop sales channels and implement promotions and plans.
  • Familiarity with Tehran's regions and routing.
  • Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques and teamwork ability.
