Sales Manager (Shipping)

Job Description

Ocean Golden Line Co., a leading company in the transport and logistics industry established in 2015, is seeking a sales manager (shipping) based in Tehran. The ideal candidate will spearhead our sales efforts, foster strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the shipping sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• A degree is not as important as knowledge, experience, and work history.
• Having an advanced level of language proficiency.
• Proven experience as a sales manager in the shipping industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and sales reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
