About the role: We are looking for a Yogurt senior business development expert to create sales growth, Defining, planning and monitoring the implementation identify project and pursue new opportunities to: increasing sales, profitability and Market share of Yogurt business in our region. Establishing a constructive and continuous interaction between regional sales unit and Yogurt business in order to achieve The goals of Yogurt business in the area.
Responsibilities and Duties: • Continuous communication with business subgroup managers and product managers and interaction with them to grow business sales in the regions. • Creating communication between Yogurt business team and the sales executive team in the branch. • Providing proposals for development projects in coordination with the central business development manager in order to grow business sales in the regions • Holding educational programs about Yogurt product knowledge on a weekly basis for sales teams, focusing on new and less known products along with product testing. • Introducing the plans and projects of Yogurt unit to the sales team and answering questions and doubts with the aim of successful implementation and realizing the goals of the plans and projects. • Visiting the market to identify opportunities for growth and development of sales in all lines. • Sampling new products for consumers at sales points, including choosing points, ordering samples, training samplers and monitoring the work of samplers during execution. • Controlling and monitoring the realization of sales goals in Yogurt products in all sales lines
