Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements for each position and conduct competency-based interviews.
Participate in promoting employer branding programs.
Contributes to HR special projects as requested such as competency model, performance management, etc.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
Support the off-boarding process and conduct exit interviews.
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Contribute to updating job descriptions.
Create monthly reports on required key metrics.
Requirements
Previous working experience preferably as a talent acquisition specialist.
Master's degree in human resources management, or similar relevant fields.
In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
