Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements for each position and conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Participate in promoting employer branding programs.
  • Contributes to HR special projects as requested such as competency model, performance management, etc.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support the off-boarding process and conduct exit interviews.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Contribute to updating job descriptions.
  • Create monthly reports on required key metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous working experience preferably as a talent acquisition specialist.
  • Master's degree in human resources management, or similar relevant fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
