Key Responsibilities
• Lead the HRBP operating model across the holding and subsidiaries.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and subsidiary CEOs on people and organizational matters.
• Translate business needs into HR actions and initiatives.
• Work closely with CoEs to deliver specialized solutions tailored to the needs of business units.
• Lead matters related to structure, productivity, organizational change, workforce issues, and people risks.
• Oversee proper implementation of HR policies and standards within the business context.
• Participate in workforce planning, HR budgeting, and capacity management.
• Support managers in decisions related to performance, talent, conflicts, and succession planning.
• Continuously monitor workforce indicators within assigned areas and provide corrective interventions.
• Play an active role in transformation, integration, redesign, and organization development projects.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Management, MBA, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in HR, preferably 5 years in an HRBP role or HR management within multi-business environments.
