Senior Mechanical Repair Engineer (Fixed Equipment)

Job Description

• Ensuring the execution of the plan for the repair and reconstruction of pipelines and pipeline equipment.
• Ensuring the safe conduct of repair and reconstruction work at pipelines and pipeline equipment. Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
• Monitoring the timeliness and quality of technical maintenance and repair of pipelines and pipeline equipment.
• Upon request, preparation of initial data for the construction, reconstruction and repair of pipelines and pipeline equipment (Technical specifications, Technical conditions, Defective statements, etc.).
• Participating in testing and acceptance of pipelines and pipeline equipment into industrial operation.
• Initiation of claims work on warranty cases on pipelines and pipeline equipment.
• Organizing acceptance of completed repair and construction work. Signing primary and accounting documents.
• Controlling the preparation of repair work in terms of providing the necessary spare parts and materials. Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
• Ensuring the development of consumption standards for spare parts and materials for the repair and maintenance of pipelines and pipeline equipment.
• Controlling the execution of requests for equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Organizing incoming quality control of pipelines and pipeline equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Controlling the movement of equipment and timely inventory of pipelines and pipeline equipment.
• Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
• Monitoring compliance by the mechanical personnel with technical regulations, production instructions for the operation and maintenance of pipelines and pipeline equipment; and instructions used in the Chief Mechanic's Department.
• Initiation of registration and execution of insured events at facilities and equipment.
• Participating in investigations of accidents, incidents, etc. at facilities and equipment.
• Ensuring the preparation of materials and timely conclusion of contracts with specialized contractors for the maintenance and repair of pipelines and pipeline equipment, monitoring their implementation.
