Job Description

As a senior organizational development specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture and driving organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with leaders and HRBPs across the company to design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and overall organizational health.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, agility, and resilience.
  • Design and implement talent development programs to cultivate a high-performing and skilled workforce.
  • Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
  • Lead initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall employee experience.
  • Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Guide the organization through periods of change by developing and executing change management plans.
  • Facilitate change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, etc.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs to build a pipeline of skilled leaders.
  • Collaborate with HRBP to ensure seamless integration of organizational development initiatives with broader HR strategies.
  • Have active collaboration in Assessing and identifying organizational trends, issues, needs, and challenges that impact effectiveness to prioritize OD projects.
  • Develop a basis for career path development and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, or any related discipline; an MBA degree or a Master’s degree in HRM is a plus.
  • Proven experience in organizational development and talent management, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR theories and processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in HRD, OD, and L&D solutions and processes.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Having good problem-solving skills.
  • Having a systematic approach and mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
