Job Description
- Creating organizational code in SAP for new hires, transfers, and promotions.
- Assisting in updating the organizational structure.
- Analyzing data related to existing jobs within the organization.
- Providing support to the organizational development team.
- Reviewing recruitment and promotion requests to ensure compliance with the approved organizational structure.
- Conducting research and analysis related to organizational development initiatives.
- Offering solutions and assistance for employee development aimed at promotions.
- Ensuring that all organizational development processes comply with legal and organizational requirements.
- Preparing reports related to group companies and presenting them to unit management.
Requirements:
- Familiar with the SAP-OM model.
- Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in HRM.
- At least 3 years of related experience in FMCG.
