Job Description

  • Conduct regular visits to HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) and pharmacies to monitor product availability.
  • Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and work progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with clinical data provided by the company's medical advisory team and present/discuss it effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and target potential customers to promote assigned products and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Maintain awareness of healthcare service activities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales operations and provide periodic reports to management.
  • Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers and target specific products/services.
  • Support the marketing team in executing strategies to drive product growth and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in a healthcare-related field (Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.).
  • Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry; oncology experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, hardworking, and a problem-solver.
