Conduct regular visits to HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) and pharmacies to monitor product availability.
Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and work progress.
Stay up-to-date with clinical data provided by the company's medical advisory team and present/discuss it effectively with healthcare professionals.
Identify and target potential customers to promote assigned products and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, aligned with the company’s strategy.
Maintain awareness of healthcare service activities within the assigned territory.
Maintain accurate records of sales operations and provide periodic reports to management.
Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers and target specific products/services.
Support the marketing team in executing strategies to drive product growth and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
A university degree in a healthcare-related field (Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.).
Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry; oncology experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
