We are seeking an experienced and driven Expert Salesperson to join our team and lead our industrial product sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, extensive knowledge of industrial products, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and secure orders.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial product sales or similar B2B sales roles.
Strong understanding of industrial products and their applications.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
