Job Description

  • Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for job opportunities.
  • Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages.
  • Oversee and coordinate all hiring stages, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Produce and submit reports on general recruitment activities.
  • Participate in suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR services as a whole, and to improve the employees' experience in the recruitment process.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Follow up all the recruitment's KPIs and aim to improve efficiency at all levels.
  • Be active in the social/channels and create professional connections in the market in line with the company goals and enhance the employer branding.
  • Participate in job fairs and plan from A to Z to get the best results.

Requirements

  • A university degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, or other related fields.
  • At least 3+ years of senior experience in a talent acquisition role is required including experience with complex recruitments.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs.
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to influence and coach employees of all organizational levels.
  • Fast learner and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
