Job Description

  • Providing technical services to end users by answering questions, and solving problems and requests in person, by phone, or remotely.
  • Fulfilling user requests and solving their problems based on the agreed service level (SLA).
  • Periodic visit of computer and equipment of users and conference room.
  • Gathering the knowledge gained in support operations and preparing and updating Fava service procedures.
  • Preparing and publishing educational materials for Fava services for end users, installing, setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software of computers and office machines in the central office, projects and operational bases, and related equipment.
  • Answering questions and guiding users about the service catalog, policies, and procedures, as well as the performance of the hardware and software used.

Requirements:

  • Skill in building management dashboards.
  • Knowledge of all types of computers, operating systems, networks, related software, and information systems.
  • 3 years of information technology work experience.
