Job Description

  • Handling user requests and resolving their issues.
  • Conducting periodic inspections of the performance of systems, equipment, and conference rooms.
  • Documenting support operations experiences and preparing and updating IT service procedures.
  • Preparing and providing IT service training materials.
  • Installing, configuring, launching, and troubleshooting hardware and software of office systems.
  • Answering user questions and providing guidance.
  • Participating in the launch and maintenance of the network and services.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English.
