Job Description

Content Strategy and Production:

• Reviewing Instagram and TikTok trends, suggesting creative ideas, optimizing content for greater engagement, and planning publication.
• Increasing user engagement and attracting new followers through creative and viral content.

Social Account Management:

• Scheduling and publishing posts, optimizing profiles, responding to comments, and analyzing data to improve content strategy.
• Increasing engagement rates, improving brand digital presence, and attracting new users.

Requirements:

• At least four years of managerial work experience.
• High ability in social media management and content production.
• Fluent in English and Persian (strong written and spoken communication skills).
• Familiarity with data analysis and optimizing content strategy based on performance.
• Ability to work full-time in person in Tehran.
• Proficiency in working with content management tools and social media analysis.
