The position:

As a production support engineer, you will:

• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with company requirements, ensuring adherence to cLEAN methodology and process-based approach.
• Manage change control processes for SOPs, including handling Change Requests (CRs), Non-Conformities (NCs), and deviations through investigation cycles.
• Participate in inspections, audits, and validation activities, ensuring compliance with NN validation strategy, SOPs, and principles.
• Serve as an equipment expert, assisting in validation test activities and providing knowledge for product documentation.
• Support quality performance evaluation, consumer complaint investigations, training initiatives, and on-call production line support.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in pharma and other GMP-regulated industries.
• Adequate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
• Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
