We need a talent acquisition specialist to help the organization achieve its goals by attracting competent colleagues for various job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Examine the recruitment and hiring needs of the units and determine the recruiting strategy according to the intended job.
Prepare job descriptions and post job ads in appropriate channels.
Identify, communicate, and recruit potential applicants using recruitment channels and specialized media.
Coordinate and hold interview sessions and carry out the evaluation process completely, from conducting behavioral interviews to checking applicants' job records
Plan and implement onboarding and offboarding
Provide recruitment unit reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, or an MBA graduate.
2 to 3 years of experience related to recruiting and hiring.
Familiar with a variety of interview skills and techniques.
