Job Description

We need a talent acquisition specialist to help the organization achieve its goals by attracting competent colleagues for various job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Examine the recruitment and hiring needs of the units and determine the recruiting strategy according to the intended job.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post job ads in appropriate channels.
  • Identify, communicate, and recruit potential applicants using recruitment channels and specialized media.
  • Coordinate and hold interview sessions and carry out the evaluation process completely, from conducting behavioral interviews to checking applicants' job records
  • Plan and implement onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide recruitment unit reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, or an MBA graduate.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Familiar with a variety of interview skills and techniques.
  • Familiar with recruitment metrics.
  • Experience working with ATS.
