Developing and improving recruitment processes and proposing new solutions to optimize recruitment.
Preparing analytical reports on the recruitment and hiring process and presenting suggestions to management.
Conducting background checks and contacting references to verify candidates' information and qualifications.

Requirements:
Familiarity with recruitment and hiring processes from needs assessment to final selection.
Proficient in competency-based assessment and interviewing methods.
Familiarity with recruitment sources (social media, job fairs, and recruitment platforms).
Familiarity with employer branding techniques and improving candidate experience.
Familiarity with English (IELTS 6) with conversation and translation skills.
Ability to manage recruitment processes simultaneously for different positions.
High communication and persuasion skills for effective interaction with managers and candidates.
Proficient in human resources and Excel software to manage recruitment data.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
At least six years of relevant experience in recruitment and hiring.
