Organize and arrange best-in-class talent attraction area processes and standards in line with recruitment strategy.
Review existing and currently used TA tools, solutions, and processes in terms of their standards and usability and their optimization or change.
Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company’s policy and strategies.
Draft research-based performance efficiency reports, present them to senior leadership, and suggest performance management changes as necessary.
Develop and implement employer branding campaigns and tools.
Evolve and improve the onboarding process in line with organizational needs.
Explain to employees the methodology of current or upcoming performance. management practices thoroughly and professionally to ensure organization-wide understanding.
Requirements
Able to demonstrate a strong practical knowledge of recruitment methodology and tools, performance management tools as well as candidates’ engagement practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with all levels of management and staff.
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, or a related field.
+5 years of solid and relevant experience.
Verbal and written proficiency in English.
Be a mature self-starter with strong planning, organizational, and set priorities skills.
Ability to gain buy-in from partners, manage expectations, and communicate with them effectively.
