  • Leading the Tehran and Karaj team towards a coherent visit and integrated key message.
  • Planning, directing personnel, training, and evaluating performance to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
  • Receiving weekly and monthly plans from representatives and matching them with their visits.
  • Monitoring representatives’ reports in the shadow program.
  • Holding events and gatherings for doctors and pharmacies and preparing reports from them.
  • Monitoring the inventory and balance of goods in distributions according to the announced monthly target.
  • Double visits and surprise visits with scientific representatives in Tehran and Karaj.
  • Visits to KOL doctors in Tehran and Karaj.
  • Forecasting and proposing production for the next six months according to the sales trend.
  • Training staff for negotiations and helping to resolve doctor and pharmacy problems.
  • Monitoring competitors (price, offers, marketing activities, and sales campaigns).
  • Managing doctors’ information.
  • Meeting and negotiating with top pharmacies in each region.
  • Negotiating with specialty hospitals.
  • Requesting special gifts for doctors.
  • Suggesting new gifts for doctors and pharmacies.
  • Suggesting new product key messages.
  • Role-playing with representatives in weekly meetings.
