Technical Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Installing laboratory and medical equipment.
• Monitoring the performance of equipment and ensuring their optimal performance.
• Documenting equipment performance and repairs.
• Preparing technical reports in specific time frames.
• Developing and providing reliable technical services to laboratories and health centers in the form of providing technical services in the form of concluding a service contract, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory and medical equipment of the contracting party.
• Visiting the device periodically and answering technical questions
• Providing after-sales service and warranty of laboratory and medical devices within the framework of side contracts.

Requirements:

• Interested in negotiating with laboratories and health centers to conclude maintenance contracts.
• People with experience in user training and test methods development in laboratories.
• A degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or other related fields
• Familiarity with laboratory and medical equipment.
• Familiarity with English.
• Sufficient experience in installing and operating laboratory and medical devices.
• Ability to manage a technical team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and provide technical solutions.
