Tool Room Operator

Job Description

• Prepare requested tools based on tool lists.
• Clean and sanitize tools and equipment in the tool room.
• Ensure tools are ready before entering the workshop.
• Inventory management.
• Assemble and disassemble tools.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with basic tool manufacturing and assembling and disassembling techniques.    
• Familiarity with cutting tools (turning and milling). 
• Familiar with the type and grade of inserts. knowledge to suggest choosing the right tool for the operator.    
• Knowledge of calculating cutting parameters (cutting speed and feed rate speed).    
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Basic knowledge of English.    
• Familiar with working with a manual lathe.    
• Passion for learning and teamwork.
