The trade marketing manager will help the company promote awareness of Danone products through the execution of sales and marketing strategies in different channels and support sell-outs from POS.
Responsibilities:
Annual planning to advance goals based on marketing key strategies and the allocated budget
Designing in-store activities based on marketing campaigns and existing brand and product gaps in the sales fields of all channels.
Constant communication with the sales team to check the demands of the field force
Regular periodic follow-ups with the purchasing team and relevant suppliers to analyze the progress of the projects
Planning the production and implementation of POSM for all channels
Monitoring the process and performance of trade activities on a monthly and quarterly basis
Controlling the annual budget and planning BTL plans in FY formats
Planning and designing BTL activities for business hotspot customers
Designing, planning, and maintaining the company's assets at POS, and
Field visit and performance control of TMS and TMRs.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in FMCG (food industries is a must).
3 to 5 years of experience in sales and trade marketing management.
Experience and Knowledge:
Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
Gap analysis skills in trade activities.
Ability to budget and set trade calendar.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
Fluent in English.
MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
