About the role:
We are looking for a results-oriented performance marketing specialist to join our growing marketing team and take the lead in driving user acquisition across digital channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimizing campaigns, testing new ideas, and scaling growth through smart, strategic performance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, app stores, and agency networks, to acquire new customers.
- Develop, implement, and fine-tune bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with agencies, ad networks, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- A/B test creative assets, audience targeting, and ad placements to improve CPI, CPA, CAC, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, extracting insights from dashboards, analytics tools, and attribution platforms.
- Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, LTV, and retention rates.
- Work with product and analytics teams to enhance tracking, attribution models, and reporting accuracy and funnel optimization.
Requirements:
- +2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, user acquisition, and app marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, App Store Search Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Adtrace, Metrix, etc.).
- Experience in campaign execution, analysis, and optimization to drive app installs and web traffic.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
