Job Description

- Achieving sales goals based on organization goals
- Responsibility and supervision of the implementation of the sales process of parts from the beginning to the end of the process (checking the customer's request from the technical point of view and the stock of the company - issuing a proforma invoice - receiving the customer's approval - sending the part - sending the invoice - receiving the invoice amount)
- Preparation of spare parts order plan to fulfill the sales plan
- Participating in the weekly meeting of the sales unit (susprct/prospect) and presenting the solutions of sales experts in order to achieve sales goals
- Visiting customers at the management level and visiting customer sites as planned in order to solve problems, deficiencies and improve customer communication.
- Pre-contract negotiations/ review and approval of parts contracts
- Holding weekly meetings with the service unit and submitting a weekly report to the management
- Review and approval of invoices and delivery of sales of parts
- Following up on market developments reports on spare parts and analyzing them and informing the management
- Checking and confirming ordering and forecasting and finalizing warehouse orders
- Follow up on market developments regarding spare parts and inform all relevant units
- Monitoring spare parts inventory and warehouse operations
- Follow-up within the organization in order to obtain approvals in order to enter into a contract according to the instructions for the sale of parts
- Tracking orders from the time of ordering to the delivery of goods to the warehouse or customers
- negotiation; Contract conclusion and follow-up of all foreign purchases from the beginning of negotiations to the stage of delivery of goods
- Periodic evaluation of foreign suppliers and presentation of related reports to managers
- Continuous follow-up with suppliers for timely and correct delivery of goods
- Negotiating and evaluating new suppliers and making relevant proposals to managers
- Transferring the information of the concluded contracts to related units in the form of periodical reports based on the instructions
- Providing the necessary information to the Jahan import unit to register the order
- Providing information and making necessary arrangements for the delivery and transportation of goods purchased by the import unit

Requirements

- At least a bachelor's degree in technical engineering or industries with management
- Have at least 5 or 10 years of related experience
