Job Description

  • Design and development of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.
  • Read electronic maps.
  • Direct manager: CEO and board members.
  • Subordinates: Six specialists.
  • Probation period: 1 month.
  • Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Travel requirements: Yes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and manage technical teams.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage complex design and manufacturing projects from idea to production.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts between team members or other departments.
  • Proficient in analog and digital circuit design, component selection, and circuit performance analysis.
  • Thorough familiarity with national and international standards related to the design and manufacturing of electronic products.
  • Familiarity with electronic product manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, and packaging.
  • Thorough familiarity with all stages of production including production planning, quality control, equipment maintenance, and supply chain management.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment and technologies: Thorough understanding of machinery and tools used in the production of electronic products, including SMT machines, soldering, testing, and measurement.
