Job Description:

  • Checking and preparing the monthly performance of personnel.
  • Preparing personnel contracts.
  • Registering employees' information in the payroll system and issuing personnel objections.
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files and updating employee information.
  • Preparing analytical reports related to salaries and wages.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with payroll software, preferably Rayvars and Hamkaran System.
  • Getting to know the principles and laws of work and social security.
  • Familiarity with job classification and evaluation plan.
