Job Description

  • Plan and prioritize corrective actions based on customer complaints.
  • Produce instructions and workflows related to customer relationship management.
  • Analyze requests and the ability to implement organizational workflows and processes.
  • Collect all data related to consumers, analyze and provide weekly and monthly reports, and transfer them to the related departments.
  • Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM software.
  • Ensure the complete and perfect implementation of CRM flow in all departments of the company.
  • Control customer records in CRM software.
  • Provide suitable ideas for customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in managing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM software.
  • Mastery of plugin and custom workflow development.
  • ability to search for software errors and bugs in programming.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, or an MBA graduate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field.
  • Mastery of creating a customer club is an advantage.
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Mastery of creating a customer club is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Python is a plus.
