We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Employee Promotion: Develop and implement strategies for employee development and promotion.
- Budget Management: Handle the company's HR budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Resignation Management: Manage the resignation process, including exit interviews and offboarding.
- Payroll: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
- Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and developing performance improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
- Experience in the telecom industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
