Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Employee Promotion: Develop and implement strategies for employee development and promotion.
Budget Management: Handle the company's HR budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Resignation Management: Manage the resignation process, including exit interviews and offboarding.
Payroll: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and developing performance improvement plans.
Requirements:
Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
Experience in the telecom industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
