Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, effective, comprehensive training and development service to all our employees and managers.
- Create and deliver training and development solutions to address training needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across the teams.
- Develop strategies to promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing.
- Analyze performance data and feedback to inform training priorities.
- Plan and implement comprehensive performance management and automation plans and enforce the performance cycle.
- Oversee the implementation of key performance measures, core competencies, and core values into the performance appraisal system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a learning and development partner or in a similar role.
- Excellent industry awareness and understanding of the performance management evaluation needs of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of performance management concepts, theories, related practices, and tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong background in training, Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development courses, initiatives, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence thinking.
- Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Positively engage with a wide variety of audiences consistently and effectively.
- Data analysis skills.
- A good understanding of leading-edge learning and development theories and methods, with the ability to apply them.
