  • Performance evaluation based on job classification models.
  • Analyze employee career path evaluation.
  • Participate and cooperate in preparing and updating JD.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of HR surveys.
  • Implement performance evaluation process from A to Z.
  • Prepare and analyze periodical reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in goal-setting methods and performance evaluation indicators.
  • Proficient in JD and various job classification methods.
  • Familiarity with assessment centers and competency models.
  • Flexibility and learning aptitude.
  • Teamwork and follow-up spirit.
  • Intermediate level of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Two years of related experience.
