Job Description

  • Responsible for plant components sales and support to sell Tetra Pak products' portfolio.
  • As main customer contact for operational technical service matters, facilitate service sales growth ambition through account management, sales opportunity analysis, management of maintenance contracts, service coordination, and customer support.
  • Offer quality services with innovative solutions.
  • Look to drive excellence in customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain close contact with the customers and identify and define customer needs for the Tetra Pak products' portfolio (new sales, and plant components).
  • Support technical account manager in the preparation of sales strategy including analyzing sales opportunities using internal data sources.
  • Drive opportunity management and sales of plant components in different food categories (cheese, dairy, processing, and ice cream, including responsibility for sales budget and margins).
  • Have regular meetings, phone calls/emails with customers to strengthen the relationship, better understand their processes, identify opportunities, and align the strategy with the account managers.
  • Follow up and coordinate the campaign events including confirming new product launches.
  • Report the market situation: won and lost orders, forecast, ongoing and planned activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in n Food, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or an MBA graduate. 
  • 5 years of sales and technical experience in dairy processing/dairy manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of liquid food processing with proven success in sales and business development.
  • Good knowledge of English and Persian.
  • Very good at analyzing skills.
  • Ability to need and understand a process and instrumentation diagram.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Open to travel in and out of the country.
