Job Description
As a senior HR specialist at Alibaba Travels Co., you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the administrative aspects of the human resources function.
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR administrative processes and procedures.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Update databases internally, such as sick and maternity leaves.
- Prepare necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
- Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination.
- Collaborate with external partners and other HR team members to support employee training and development initiatives.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
- Report regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
- Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
