As a senior HR specialist at Alibaba Travels Co., you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the administrative aspects of the human resources function.
Responsibilities:
Implement HR administrative processes and procedures.
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Update databases internally, such as sick and maternity leaves.
Prepare necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination.
Collaborate with external partners and other HR team members to support employee training and development initiatives.
Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
Report regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
Requirements
Experience as an HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant.
Understanding various HR software systems, like Hamkran.
Computer literate with software such as Word, Excel, etc.
Good understanding of labor laws.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
Bachelor's degree in HRM, or a relevant field.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
