Job Description

Develop and Implement Travel Policies:

  • Create and enforce corporate travel policies to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Book flights, hotels and other travel-related services.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements meet the company’s standards for safety, comfort, and cost.

Vendor Management:

  • Negotiate contracts and rates with travel service providers.
  • Maintain positive relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors.

Cost Management:

  • Monitor travel expenses and prepare budget reports.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce travel costs.

Travel Support:

  • Provide support to travelers, including assistance with travel-related issues, complaints, or emergencies.
  • Advise on travel documents, insurance, and import/export regulations.

Data Management:

  • Enter and maintain travel data in the company’s software systems.
  • Process travel expense reports and handle reimbursements.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor service quality and traveler satisfaction.

Professional Development:

  • Participate in educational opportunities and professional organizations in the travel field.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Adaptable and results-oriented.
