Job Description

  • Listen, and analyze client requirements and suggest the best solutions for their recruitment need.
  • Track Employer usage and make sure he/she is getting the best result.
  • Train the clients on site usage and recruitment process.
  • Help the clients find the right keywords for searching the CV database and hunt the right candidate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Resolve client issues by identifying solutions and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutual benefit for the company and the client.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Suggest the best recruitment package based on client needs.
