Job Description

Your mission in this role at Zarrin Roya is to develop and implement brand and product development strategies and plan, execute, and oversee all branding activities to achieve objectives aligned with the brand’s strategy and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Strategy Development: Categorize and analyze market, competitor, and consumer data to formulate strategies accordingly.
  • Brand & Product Strategy: Design and develop long-term and short-term brand and product portfolio strategies based on market research and available data.
  • Annual Brand Planning: Develop annual brand plans aligned with long-term strategies, including brand strategy documents, digital strategy, market research strategy, and more.
  • Brand Execution & Communication Planning: Plan and execute branding initiatives, including advertising campaigns, events, and related activities.
  • New Product Development: Lead product development processes in line with brand strategy, collaborating with the R&D department.
  • Packaging Design & Supervision: Design and oversee the production of product packaging.
  • Market & Consumer Research: Plan and conduct market and consumer research in collaboration with the CMI unit, analyze brand and competitor data, and evaluate insights.
  • Brand Performance Optimization: Implement initiatives to maintain and enhance brand performance metrics such as market share, Brand Awareness, Brand Trial and Usage, and Sales Trade.
  • Marketing Budget Allocation: Develop and allocate marketing budgets across activities and projects.
  • Pricing Strategy Contribution: Collaborate with relevant departments on pricing strategies, considering market research and competitor analysis.
  • Agency Collaboration & Project Management: Provide detailed and creative briefs for outsourced projects, review agency proposals, and guide teams toward achieving set objectives.
  • Campaign & Performance Monitoring: Review monitoring reports, evaluate campaign performance, optimize media planning, provide feedback to agencies, manage crisis responses, and analyze sales data to ensure optimal brand performance.
  • Partnerships & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with other companies and stakeholders (e.g., Zarrin Pakhsh) to assess the impact of branding activities on sales trends and develop short- and long-term programs to maintain and enhance market share and revenue growth.
  • Media Planning & Analysis: Plan short- and long-term media strategies (TV, billboards, digital, etc.) based on media reports and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
  • Expertise in Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC).
  • Proficiency in market research.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
