Job Description

Goldiran Innovation & Novel Entertainment Company, the tech and innovation arm of Goldiran Group, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented business analyst. The successful candidate will initially focus on Research and Development (R&D) tasks and gradually take on more hands-on responsibilities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of basic R&D principles, and a data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

R&D Support:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support business strategy and development initiatives.
  • Assist in the collection and interpretation of data related to our industry, competitors, and market trends.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Gather, analyze, and report data to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain databases to track key performance metrics.
  • Create regular reports to communicate findings to senior management.

Project Management:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information and resources.

Administrative Support:

  • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items relevant to business strategy and development errands.

People Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate the work of third-party companies, potential freelancers, and/or interns as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a background in R&D or data analytics is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a business assistant, research assistant, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the content and software provision industry, particularly with Android multimedia systems, is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Basic understanding of R&D processes.
  • High attention to detail and a data-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
