Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist in daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
  • Support the CEO in meeting preparation, including agenda setting and material gathering.
  • Handle basic research and compile data as needed for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
